We begin by looking at the landscape as a whole and ask how we can improve the state of the land while creating the desired landscaped effect. Our ethos is based in sustainable land use; permaculture, agroforestry, organic farming, syntropy farming, regenerative farming practices, use of nitrogen fixing species, beneficial attracting species, native plants, etc.

Together, we will walk the land and discuss its history, its current state and its potential, however limitless that may be.

Land Cleanup

The first step in the land cleanup process is to evaluate what you have and what you want. We will then determine the most efficient way to convert and repurpose your existing resources in a way that minimizes waste. It’s also important to have a process and timeline that acknowledges the need to rehabilitate effected areas as quickly as possible.

Landscape Design

We will conceive of and craft the landscape of your dreams, including a plan to implement the new terrain as fast or as slow as you’d like.

Landscape Installation

Hardscape & Grading: We’ll move the earth as needed according to the design and natural landscape. We are adept at incorporating hardscape items such as boulders, logs, ponds, access corridors, roads, paths, and trails.

✓ Drainage is utilized to the maximum to encourage water infiltration, irrigation of long term perennials, erosion control and silt collection, as well as ground water replenishment. 

✓ Main irrigation lines, utilities and any other underground aspects of the project are installed.
